The hotel is conveniently located with spacious and neat rooms. the staff are friendly and courteous, providing good service. the breakfast spread offers a good variety of options. English is understood at the reception, ensuring smooth communication.

Communication in English with housekeeping and restaurant staff can be challenging.

Our recent stay was fantastic! The rooms were lovely with ample space and clean as a whistle. The breakfast offered a great spread of options with something for everyone. The hotel is in a key location, close to all the shops and attractions we wanted to visit. Another advantage was the wonderful, friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay! The only slight inconvenience was that English wasn't always clearly understood by some of the staff members outside of the reception.

Spent my New Year in this hotel and it was great! the rooms were really neat and spacious, exactly what we were looking for. the hotel was located in a very convenient spot with many shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast selection was good, satisfying for our hunger in the early morning. the staff was very friendly and polite which added to the welcoming environment.

Although the staff members were very friendly, not every member understood English well, especially the restaurant employees. This made it difficult to communicate our orders, but it didn't take away from our experience in the hotel.
